These things I have spoken to you..."
"But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high."
Oh that we will remember in times of illness, hardship and brokenness that God is the lifter of our head.
He lifts our heads so that we can look into his face of love, compassion and strength. It is a timely reminder to keep our eyes on Him and an overwhelming reminder that we have a position of victory.
We were not created to walk with our heads down, defeated and broken, but with our heads raised towards our Heavenly Father who has already won the victory in which we are called to stand.
"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
This beautiful image reminds us of the love the Father bestowed upon us.
